Steve Jeisman
Our Principal agent and Licensee, Steve has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry on the Sunshine Coast. Steve started working at Elders in 1987 before later specialising in commercial property management at Rafter & O’Hagan, and later CBRE. Steve founded Jeisman Property in 2006.
Over the past two decades, Steve has refined his focus on commercial property management. His dedication and honesty have earned him the trust and confidence of a diverse clientele comprising local, interstate, and overseas property owners. Steve strives to deliver a personalised approach and build long-term relationships. Many of his valued clients have remained loyal approaching 20 years. Some of whom have followed Steve through different chapters of his career and across various agencies
Steve is considered one of the Sunshine Coast's most experienced commercial agents, known for his ability to effectively manage both substantial and smaller commercial properties. Despite his numerous years in the industry, Steve maintains a low-key approach, prioritising clear and honest communication, and focusing on developing long term business relationships.
James Jeisman
James’ immersion in the property market began at a young age, accompanying Steve to open houses and auctions, instilling in him a lifelong fascination. Following a decade-long tenure in hospitality management, James honed essential skills in relationship building, conflict resolution, and deadline management.
Drawn back to his passion for property, James is now on the path to becoming a licensed real estate agent.
In his current role, he works in close collaboration with Steve to manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring clients receive dedicated and timely service.
David Jeisman
David has been a part of the team since the inception of the business. With an initial focus on administration and accounts, his role has grown along with the business. He now also takes the lead on all compliance matters.
David's background in law has given him the knowledge to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes effectively.
As the behind-the-scenes guru, David also ensures that the entire team operates efficiently, providing the necessary support and guidance to streamline processes and optimise performance.
